Folìa

A sweet white, late harvest Moscato made from a small old vineyard exposed on the west side of the mountain, where wind and sun keep the grapes healthy over its normal limit. A natural drying of the plants gives the grapes unique richness and aromas. Its spontaneous fermentation leaves a moderate residual of sugar in this wine and exalts the Moscato’s characteristics.
