A sip of sea from the high hill

Euganean expression of the Italic Tocai grapes, absorbs all of the minerals from the vulcanic soil and limestone from where the vines have been planted since 1980, at 250mt above sea level. The natural and spontaneous fermentation, together with unoaked aging, gives the wine a smooth and silky “terroir” character. A taste of the sea from the hills…Cocai, also know as Seagulls in the venetian.
